Shipping & Return Policy

10-Day Return Policy for Books/ 15- Day Return during holidays.

We at Black Moms Reality Bookcase LLC strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your book purchase, we offer a hassle-free 10-day return policy for customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Please read the following guidelines to understand the process:

Eligibility:

  1. The return policy is applicable only to book purchases made within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

  2. The book must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or markings, and should include any accompanying materials (such as dust jackets or inserts).

  3. eBooks and downloadable content are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. You can reach us at [authormichelleknight@bmrbookcase.com/225-333-7070].

  2. Provide your order number, the title of the book you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for packaging and shipping the book back to us.

Shipping Charges:

  1. For eligible returns due to our error (such as incorrect book sent or damaged during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  2. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than our error (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned book and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  3. Please allow up to [10 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for book returns. If you wish to exchange a book for a different title, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired book.
